The CSm-1515/R degreaser uses Promosolv™ fluid technology (selected based on
technical criteria), operating at temperatures between 43–60°C. It is non-explosive,
non-flammable, and exempt from VOC taxation. The distilled fluid passes through an
external water separator (or molecular sieve) and flows into the rinsing tank equipped
with 25 kHz ultrasound. The vapor phase between the liquid and the first cooling coil
enhances rinsing, while the cold zone ensures perfect drying. The tanks are visually
open but sealed by the “cold plug” from the refrigerated coils, which maintain the
vapor phase and prevent its escape. When fully stopped, the machine remains sealed.
Consumption: Product usage is approximately 1 liter per week, based on 8 hours of
operation per day.
