A building materials manufacturer sought to modernize its mortar adhesive bagging production line to boost efficiency, reliability, and automation. The project involved upgrading obsolete machinery, enhancing palletizing capabilities, and integrating a fully automated pallet wrapping system. The comprehensive retrofit complied with CE standards and was designed to optimize production for sustained operational excellence.

Over a five-month program, we replaced the existing KUKA robot, electrical cabinet, and HMI; introduced new mechanical, electrical, and software components; and integrated a fully automated pallet-wrapping system. We upgraded safety with modern enclosures and controls, and adapted the line to meet updated bagging requirements. The installation included rigorous testing and calibration, operator training, and full system integration. The result is increased automation, minimized downtime, and a reliable, scalable platform for future growth.
